Horbury have been working with us on a compartmentation survey and remedial works programme for the last 9 months. Although it's been a challenging period of time during the coronavirus pandemic, I have found them to be helpful and flexible, re-programming works a number of times due to various periods of lockdowns. They have made good recommendations with regards to what options are available to us, including reviewing repair options over replacement when looking at fire doors. This has allowed us to extend our budget further. On-site, when there has been an issue I have found that they have reacted quickly to bring the problem to a fast resolution.
